As a principal consultant of IT operations management, Smith currently delivers IT service management (ITSM) and IT infrastructure library (ITIL) projects as a process consultant and project manager. Smith is a certified ITIL expert with deep knowledge of ITSM/ITIL theory and practical application. She assists Forsythe clients with the design, planning, implementation and continual improvement of processes, as well as the selection of service management tools. She has experience helping clients in a variety of industries with ITSM, ITIL, process design and implementation, workflow analysis and design, continual service improvement, project management, and service management tool selection.
